Dr. Markus Laub is co-founder of Morphoplant and CEO. He has more than 15 years of experience in experimental research in protein biochemistry, enzymology and genetic engineering. He holds several patents on protein immobilization.

Dr. Christian Völlmecke obtained his PhD in biochemistry at the university Bochum, Germany. After his graduation, he worked for two more years in academia on protein crystallisation before he joined Morphoplant in 2012.
